Become A Level Up Mentor
Twice a year (in July and November), we open up the enrollment process for a FREE four month mentorship opportunity provided by our leadership team. We are always open for requests to potentially become a mentor.
This mentorship is not for everyone, and we expect a high level of interest, participation, and follow through by our mentees. This opportunity is meant for students and new grads who are passionate about becoming evangelists for positive change in healthcare through personal growth, leadership, and clinical practice. Thus, the same level of commitment is expected of those of you looking to become mentors, and for this reason, spots are limited.

WHAT’S EXPECTED OF YOU
- You are aligned with our core values on our landing page
- You have been in a formal or informal mentor or teaching position in the past and are passionate about performing either role
- You are able to commit to ONE monthly 60’ LIVE mentorship call through zoom with your assigned group
- You are able to commit to ONE monthly 60’ LIVE zoom call with the leadership team to discuss feedback for each module
- You agree to allow your mentees access to you via FB group throughout the 4 month mentorship process
- You are enthusiastic about being apart of this community and driving positive change into healthcare!
